Metaquake was inspired by the term “Youthquake”, coined by Vogue magazine’s editor-in-chief Diana Vreeland in 1965 to describe a creative movement toward youth culture at the time. Inspired by her values and philosophy, Metaquake takes the lead in inclusively embracing talented creators and expanding their economic opportunities with a firm goal. Unlike other platforms, Metaquake does not focus only on monetary transactions, but provides an environment where dynamic mixtures of ownership and relationships between users exist.

We have built the NFT platform in collaboration with the gallery so that users can gain “trust” by viewing and experiencing the original art pieces offline without any basic knowledge or experience in blockchain technology.

The collaboration between the offline gallery ‘Walking House New York’ and the NFT platform ‘Metaquake’ will preserve the essential values of the existing artworks and combine only the net function of the blockchain NFT so that the value of both original artworks and NFT works are not diluted.

Participants on the METAQUAKE platform can help to build the ecosystem and earn incentives by taking part in more innovative and diverse activities such as exhibitions, performances, viewings, evaluations, recommendations, and transactions.

Metaquake.com is a marketplace where you can safely purchase artist-designed NFT works planned by Metaquake, and works can be purchased with crypto such as Ethereum and Klaytn.

Currently, only authorized creators can mint and sell NFT works in Metaquake, and buyers can resell the works after purchasing them
